Welcome to Midg’s Scratchpad. Like many others I lost my job in April 2009. I’ve spent hours upon hours reviews the jobs boards, talking to recruiters, and perspective employers only to find out that I have too much experience or don’t have the right experience. This gets very tiring and frustrating after a while. I needed to take better control of my situation. After a lot of thought I decide I needed to open some kind of online business to help make ends meet in the near term and hopefully replace my income and my dependence on others to make a living.
I’ve done a lot of reading lately on blogging, eBay, dropshipping, product sourcing, and many other topics related to being in business. I simply cannot remember everything I read so I am creating this blog to help me document and keep track of the various subjects a business person needs to know.
